Imagine a Nativity Scene

Well, well, well... I stepped into the US Bank building [the tallest building in the city] in downtown Milwaukee to take a break from protesting unfair labor practices of Northwestern Mutual Insurance (across the street) and what do I see but this... lovely, cute....

cough, choke...

MENORAH!!!!...

with an explanation of Chanukah...

what the HELL is that?...

setup as "a public service of Lubavitch of Wisconsin"...

who the HELL are they?

I thought, how cute.... NOT REALLY!!!

Geez I thought, it would be charming to have a nativity scene next to it... describing the birth of baby Jesus, the Christ, the Savior of the world. Ah but that would be anti-Chanukah, me thinks, and not permitted in a public building.

P.S. Milwaukee was bereft of Christmas images, unless you want to count snow flakes hanging on the facades public buildings and light poles. For how the jews stole Christmas, listen to Brother Nathanael here, read about it here and here.

I was hoping you would have talked to the bank manager about putting in a Nativity scene....

It would have been priceless to see his response...

Chabad Lubavitch has put up 15,000 menorahs in the US alone to celebrate their relatively recently invented "holiday" that commemorates a purported genocide of Greeks and Syrians who were part of real civilization, not stone age sadists who practice human sacrifice, genital mutilation, and child rape.

Keep in mind that the takeover is complete and they are not hiding in the shadows any more. The Chabad Lubavitcher Jared Kushner is running the country after all.

LOL, that's a great idea, Northerntruthseeker. But I was wrapped in layers of clothing for the cold... and had to return to the protest to let another protester take their turn in defrosting. I intend to post something about the protest in the future. The actual protest is sponsored by a carpenters union over hiring non-union workers with cash deals. I originally thought it might have to do with the displacement of American IT workers, of which my younger daughter is one. Northwestern Mutual is taking over downtown Milwaukee. They have also installed themselves with a mulit-million dollar complex in my neighborhood and are converting the neighborhood into an Indian neighborhood with their displacement of American workers with Indian workers... for labor cost saving... and to control the workers... Indians on visas won't ever think about abuse or forming a union. Their visas will just be canceled and they'll be replaced with another from India.

Locals have no idea who's responsible for their neighborhood being converted into Indian neighborhood. I have many new Indian neighbors, typically driving in brand new BMWs. Their way is paved to have a middle class life in the USA while Ameircan IT workers lose theirs.

I'm supporting this protest as my hope is that this protest will raise attention to their displacement of American IT workers with Indian IT workers.
